We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:
- Monday – 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Tuesday – 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Wednesday – 8:15 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Thursday – 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Appointments available two Saturdays per month
Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We will call you the day before your scheduled appointment as a courtesy, but patients are responsible for their own schedules. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. Since we schedule appointments several weeks in advance, you may be subject to rescheduling missed or canceled appointments during work or school hours. We reserve popular appointment times for appointments scheduled in advance and emergencies only. We will do our very best to accommodate your schedule as much as possible.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you get the most out of your insurance benefits. As a courtesy to our patients, we will bill your insurance company for services rendered in our office. If you have any questions, our financial coordinator, Matt, will be happy to assist you.
